This is the Privacy Policy governing the use of MeojBiz. By using MeojBiz, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy as has been set out below. All terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings ascribed to them in MeojBiz Terms of Use Agreement, which by use of MeojBiz you agreed to accept.

| 1. Information |
| 1.1 | Registration Information. |
| | At the time you register to become a Registered User of MeojBiz, you will be required to provide information such as your Name, Address, Phone/Fax number, E-mail Address and other personal information as well as information about your business. |
| 1.2 | Published Information. |
| | If you submit any information to Meoj to be published on MeojBiz through the publishing tools, including but not limited to Company Profile, Product Showroom, Trade Leads and any Forums, then it is deemed that you have given Meoj consent to the publication of such information. |
| 1.3 | Transaction Information. |
| | If you establish a credit account with Meoj or if you purchase a product or service from Meoj or a vendor available through MeojBiz, we may collect additional information, including billing information, credit card numbers and expiration dates and tracking information from cheques or money orders. |
| 1.4 | Statistical Information. |
| | Meoj gathers aggregate statistical information about our Sites and Users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors, etc. |

| 2. Use of Information |
| 2.1 | General Use. |
| | Meoj uses the Information gathered to improve marketing and promotional efforts, for statistical analyses, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize MeojBiz's content, layout and service. We may use your Information to service your Account with us, including, but not limited to, investigating problems or errors, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. We do not sell, rent, trade or exchange any personal information of our Users. We may share certain aggregate information based on analysis of the collected Information with our partners, customers, advertisers or potential Users. We may use your Information to execute marketing campaigns, promotions or advertising messages on behalf of third parties with your prior consent. |
| 2.2 | Use of Registration Information. |
| | We may use your Registration Information to provide services to you or to contact you regarding additional services that you might be interested in. Specifically, we may use your e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or fax number to contact you regarding notices, surveys, product alerts, new services or product offerings and to communicate relevant information to your use of MeojBiz. We may generate reports and analyses based on the Registration Information for internal analysis for making marketing decisions. |
| 2.3 | Use of Published Information. |
| | All of your Published Information will be publicly available on the Site and therefore accessible by any Internet user. Any Published Information that you disclose to MeojBiz becomes public information and you relinquish any proprietary rights (including but not limited to the rights of confidentiality and copyrights) in such Published Information. You should exercise caution when deciding to include personal or proprietary information in the Published Information that you submit to us. |
| 2.4 | Use of Payment Information. |
| | Meoj will share your Payment Information with banks or vendors relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. Meoj may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, in the process of such determination, Meoj may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. Any credit card information that you provide through the Site is directly submitted to a payment server of the credit card processing bank. Meoj does not maintain electronic or physical copies of your credit card information. While Meoj has in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against unauthorized access, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or misuse. MeojBiz shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damages that might result from the unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of your Payment Information. |
| 2.5 | Use of Statistical Information. |
| | We use Statistical Information to help diagnose problems with and maintain our computer servers, to manage our Site, and to enhance our Site and services based on the statistics we receive. We may generate reports and analyses based on the Statistical Information for internal analysis. We may provide Statistical Information to third parties. Statistical Information with personally identifying information will only be disclosed to third parties with your prior consent. |

| 3. Disclosure of Information |
| 3.1 | We reserved the right to disclose your Information to relevant authorities where we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be infringing or threatening to infringe, or who may otherwise be causing injury to or interference with, the title, rights, interests or property of MeojBiz, our Users, customers, partners, other web site users or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. |
| 3.2 | We also reserved the right to disclose your Information in response to a subpoena or other judicial order or when we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required by law, regulation or administrative order of any court, governmental or regulatory authority. |
| 3.3 | If we have reason to believe that a User is in breach of the Terms of Use Agreement or any other agreement with us, then we reserve the right to make public or otherwise disclose such User's Information in order to pursue our claim or prevent further injury and loss to Meoj or others parties. |

| 4. Cookies |
| 4.1 | MeojBiz uses "cookies" to store specific information about you and track your visits to our Site. A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie can be sent to your computer's hard drive only if you access our Site using the computer. If you do not de-activate or erase the cookie, each time you use the same computer to access our Site, our web servers will be notified of your visit to our Site and in turn we may have knowledge of your visit and the pattern of your usage. Generally, we use cookies to identify you and enable us to access your Registration Information, Published Information or Payment Information so you do not have to re-enter it; gather statistical information about the usage of MeojBiz's Users; analyse visiting patterns and help target advertisements based on User's interests; assist our partners to track User's visits to MeojBiz and process orders; track the progress and participation in promotions. |
| 4.2 | You can determine if and how a cookie will be accepted by configuring your browser that is installed in the computer you are using to access the Site. You can change those configurations in your browser. By setting your preferences in the browser, you can accept all cookies, you can be notified when a cookie is sent, or you can reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, you may be required to re-enter your information each time you visit MeojBiz and certain features may become unavailable to you. |

| 5. Security Measures |
| 5.1 | We employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and integrity and ensure correct use of all information. |
| 5.2 | As a Registered User, your Registration Information, Published Information and Payment Information (if any) can be viewed and edited through your Account, which is protected by a User ID and Password. We recommend that you do not divulge your Password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your Password. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your login information (e.g., User ID and Password) on the computer. Sign out of your Account and close any browser window logged in to MeojBiz when you have finished your session with MeojBiz. |
| 5.3 | Meoj does not guarantee all data transmission through MeojBiz to be secure. All data transmission through MeojBiz is conducted at User's own risk and Meoj holds no responsibility for any damage or loss that Users may suffer from compromised data transmissions through MeojBiz. |

| 6. Changes to Privacy Policy |
| 6.1 | Any changes to the current Privacy Policy will be communicated through the posting of an amended Privacy Policy on MeojBiz. The posting of the amended Privacy Policy will make such new Privacy Policy effective on the date of its posting. You agree that all Information collected (whether or not collected prior to or after the new policy became effective) will be governed by the newest Privacy Policy in effect. If you do not agree to the new changes in our Privacy Policy, you should contact MeojBiz for a request to destroy and delete all copies of your collected Information in MeojBiz's possession. |
